Early rising is the secret for a happy life. It means getting up from bed early in the morning. It’s a good habit and helps us to keep in good health. The man who rises early gets some opportunities over the man who rises late. It is said that “early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” This wise saying is undoubtedly an open secret to a healthy and better lifestyle.

We can plan our whole day and think properly to move forward to our goals. Our body and mind remain fresh in the morning.This is also the best time for study as one's mind would be very alert after a restful sleep. Simply the fact is that it gives us few extra hours in which we can get alot of his works done.
Another benefit of rising early in terms of health is “healthy breakfast”. For a healthy man breakfast plays an important role, because it keeps a man energetic throughout the day. Sometimes due to the busy schedule of life, we miss the most important meal of the day. But if we can rise early then we can have plenty of time for a healthy breakfast.
A late riser wastes too much time sleeping. Excessive sleep makes a man dull and lazy. He can’t even finish his work properly and prepare for the next day. It makes him unproductive as he gets less time in a day. It might also affect one's health causing loss of appetite,laziness etc.

We know that “time and tide, wait for none”. So to make the best use of time, early rising has no alternative. But other than health benefits, early rising is beneficial in case of other aspects like mental health and peace of mind. So everyone should possess the habit of early rising from the very beginning of their lives.
